The Lending QB2 tenant improvement prohibited demolition of existing stud/drywall framing to accommodate LED Screen inserts in multiple conference room feature walls. Railset’s Cavity Frame extended 3.5” off the existing walls to provide a utility chase for the LED screen depth and the required transformer and electrical conduit.
Lending QB2 Conference Room
Cement veneer panels clipped to the web provided the decorative panel finish. The installation was fast with minimal disturbance to the office environment.
